Avant Garde uses a secure help desk software application that automatically configures a temporary connection to our client’s PC or Mac, without any pre-installed software. This process helps to Rapidly resolve our client’s technical and IT support issues with "on demand" PC and Mac remote control. Using this support software, our IT help desk personnel, and/or software vendors can deliver outstanding live customer support through reduced down time, while providing a cost-effective problem resolution. How it works... Highest security standard In addition to the support PartnerID Avant Garde remote has a session password that is embedded into the support client to provide additional security against unauthorized access to a remote system. Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the remote partner. Also it is not possible to invisibly control a computer. For data protection reasons the person sitting on the remote computer has to be able to detect when someone is accessing the machine. If you require support please be confident we are more concerned with security than you, so we take as many precautions as possible to protect both you and ourselves. Avant Garde remote is our solution for easy and friendly desktop sharing. We can remote control our client’s desktop to give online assistance, or we can show our desktop to a customer - all without messing around with firewalls, network settings, IP addresses and NAT.
